Global Health, Epidemiology and Biostatistics Concentration, BA

How do we control infections and chronic illness locally and globally and work to eliminate inequalities related to the social determinants of health/ Students will learn how to craft compelling research questions, collect and analyze data, and communicate findings in ways that affect global health practice and policy.

The major in Global Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics requires 34 overall credits: 22 credits of core courses, 3 credits of cultural competence, and 9 credits of concentration courses. Courses cannot double-count within the core/cultural competence and the concentration.
