The Leadership Minor  is operated as part of the college’s Center for Leadership (CFL) to provide a relevant and vital curriculum that equips students to lead faithfully and effectively in a complex and changing world. An exciting and rigorous program of study promises to engage students both academically and experientially, to provide an unshakable foundation of awareness and self-reflection, upon which future experiences can be maximized.

About the Program

Through meaningful coursework, practical experiences, and mentoring, the Leadership minor is designed to help students discover and develop their leadership abilities, grow as servant leaders, become trusted advisors, and understand the role of leadership in different cultural and organizational settings. Our curriculum provides an inspirational, as well as intellectually stimulating, and emotionally engaging experience.
