The Leadership Minor is operated as part of the college’s Center for Leadership (CFL) to provide a relevant and vital leadership curriculum that equips students to lead faithfully and effectively in the vocation to which they are called. We engage students academically and experientially with the minor and with courses in leadership.
About the Program
Through meaningful coursework, practical experiences, and mentoring, the Leadership minor is designed to help students discover and develop their leadership abilities, grow as servant leaders, become trusted advisors, and understand the role of leadership in different cultural and organizational settings. Our curriculum provides an inspirational, as well as intellectually stimulating, and emotionally engaging experience.
