NURS 310 - Nursing Care Across the Lifespan I This course will explore topics common within professional nursing practice including lab/diagnostic testing, genetics, care of patients with chronic illnesses, interprofessional collaboration, group process and family theories. Topics will be examined with a focus on the provision of care for individuals across the lifespan and across cultures. This course will analyze the professional nursing roles performed in the provision of evidence-based care within the context of the Christian faith. Students may take NURS 232 , NURS 320 , KIN 208 and PSY 230 either prior to enrollment in or concurrently with the class.
