CHEM 315 - Biochemistry Laboratory

The laboratory course introduces general protein biochemistry experiments including protein purification, enzyme kinetics, fluorescence, chromatography, electrophoresis and spectrophotometry. Laboratory, one 3-hour session per week (42 lab hours).
