HIST 110 - Exploring the Past

Students will explore the past, using the tools of history. They will read a variety of primary and secondary sources to analyze and understand change over time in different societies and in different time periods. Students will learn to construct historical arguments and support them with appropriate evidence. It will be offered with different themes and topics, chosen by the instructors. Course is repeatable for credit, as long as the topic is different.
