NURS 385 - Gerontological Nursing Theory This course provides an opportunity to integrate concepts of evidence-based gerontological nursing care across cultures. Emphasis will be placed on utilizing a variety of nursing roles in the provision of care to promote or restore optimal health. This course meets both first and last half of each semester. Theory, 14 hours. Students may take NURS 310 and NURS 320 either prior to enrollment in or concurrently with the class.
Credits: 3 Terms Offered: Fall, Spring Prerequisites: Declared nursing major, NURS 232 with a grade of C or better, NURS 310 with a grade of C or better, NURS 320 with a grade of C or better Corequisites: NURS 310 , NURS 320 , NURS 385P
