COMM 280 - Quantitative Methods in Communication Research


This course is an introduction to the processes of designing and conducting quantitative social science research as used to study human communication. It provides students with the skills to read, understand, and perform basic quantitative communication research. Such skills include conducting a review of literature, designing experiments, calculating and interpreting results, and addressing the implications and ethical considerations of research.
