NURS 480 - Nursing Management and Transitions This course provides an in-depth examination of issues essential to nursing leadership and management roles and professional nursing practice. An emphasis will be placed on integration of critical thinking skills and management skills necessary for providing evidence-based care for patients across the lifespan and across cultures in a variety of health care settings. This theory course meets the first half of each semester. Completion of three theory and practicum courses is required prior to this course.
