KIN 325 - Science of Conditioning, Strength and Power This class is designed to provide the student with specific knowledge about the development of conditioning programs as well as strength and power training programs. Additionally it will cover the adaptations that occur within the body during strenuous conditioning and resistance training, and how these adaptations relate to improved performance. The laboratory experience stresses advanced techniques of performance-based fitness assessment and prescription. It will also provide time for the student to learn advanced lifting and spotting techniques.
