KIN 250 - Research Methods in Kinesiology This course is an overview of the qualitative and quantitative research approaches specific to the various disciplinary areas in kinesiology. Topics covered include the role of the researcher, research ethics; selecting and developing a research problem; reviewing the literature; developing research hypotheses; writing research proposals; issues in measurement; sources of error, data collection issues; statistical analyses and communicating the results of research.
