COMM 257 - Communication for Public Relations This course provides an introduction to this profession among a variety of organizations in both the public and private sectors. In addition to studying industry theories, students will examine and use the basic tools through case studies and simulations. Emphasis is placed on the traditional four phases of public relations: research, strategic planning, communication tactics and evaluation.
