BUS 352 - Human Resource Management The analytical and applied approach to human resources management for potential human resource professionals, line management, or employees. Traditional personnel and labor relations topics are presented such as the legal environment for management of employees, job analysis, recruiting and selection of employees, performance evaluation, discipline, and labor negotiation.
