Courses include language and culture courses, as well as courses taught in English from across other disciplines.
The Chinese Studies major consists of 30 credits:
- 12 credits of Chinese beginning with CHIN 101
- 18 credits of elective courses in either advanced Chinese or interdisciplinary courses related to China
Students should choose elective courses in consultation with their Chinese Studies advisor.
Students may count up to 16 credits from study abroad programs toward their Chinese Studies major.
