SWK 401 - Social Interventions III

This course is the third in a series of social work practice courses. As an interventions course, it will continue to focus on the stages and processes utilized in generalist social work practice through a problem solving approach at the level of organizational and community systems. It will examine the types of human service organizations within the community and examine the political and social context in which community organizing takes place in contemporary society.
