REL 269 - Grace

Course introduces Christian theology using the concept of grace as a conceptual key. While Christians typically associate grace with forgiveness of sins, the theme of grace, or divine gift, permeates the whole of Christian theology. The course will examine core Christian beliefs and practices, such creation, sin, incarnation, and sacraments, and consider how the idea of God’s radical self-gift is at the heart of the Christian story and Christian life.
