REL 171 - Biblical Hebrew I

An introduction to classical Biblical Hebrew as found in the Hebrew Bible, the Old Testament of the Christian Bible. For students with no previous study of Hebrew. Instruction in grammar will focus on pronunciation, building vocabulary, basic syntax, the verbal system, and elementary translation. Cross-listed with HEBR 171.
